- Students should keep the Passport size photo [Strictly] and Signature softcopy ready. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
- Username and Password will be unique for each course. Students who wish to apply for multiple courses needs to purchase the Username and Password accordingly.

STEPS FOR FILLING UP UNIVERSITY PRE ADMISSION FORM AND COLLEGE ADMISSION FORM
Step 1: From 22nd July 2020, Student needs to visit Link for online application of pre-admission online Enrolment forms, which will be available from 22nd July 2020 on Mumbai University website: https://www.mum.digitaluniversity.ac [Mandatory before filling the college form as students needs the university “MKCL number” for filling the college form]
Step 2: Once registered with Mumbai University website, student needs to visit the College website www.chmcollege.in and Click on the “Apply Now” under Admission Link for filling up the form.
Step 3: Admission form appears with 07 steps wherein after filling the 1st step of Basic Information, click on submit, form no. and password will appear on a screen and you will receive the same on your registered email ID which can be used to access your form anytime.
Step 4: Fill the further steps from 2nd to 5th.
Step 5: On step no. 6, accept the terms and conditions and pay online, INR 100 for Application form.
Step 6: Fill the form carefully and correctly before submission of the as data entered will not be edited, once it is submitted.
Step 7: The soft copy should be saved and print out of form to be submitted when college reopens.
After completion of Admission of In-house students, merit List for outside students will be generated as per the dates mentioned by Mumbai University.
Step 8: Once online verification is done, the approval of your admission form and link for online payment of fees will be mailed.
Only on successful submission of the form and online fee payment, the Admission of the student is confirmed at the college.
Step 9: Only on successful submission of the form the Admission of the student is confirmed at the college.
Note: In Case Of Discrepancies in Marks In Submitted Forms, No Editing Will Be Permitted. Candidates Application Will Be Rejected. Candidate May Reapply With Fresh Form.
