The College Grievance Redressal Cell (CGRC) is a statutory committee constituted as per the guidelines of the University of Mumbai with an objective of facilitating quick disposal of the grievances of the learnersand other stakeholders following the principle of natural justice,ensuring confidentiality,and enabling just and fair mechanism for resolution of grievances. It aims at providing a platform to the learners and other stakeholders to express their grievances either online or offline (through suggestion boxes or application/emails) to ensure security and confidence. Well established and functional mechanism is in place to ensure a safe and secure environment in the institution.

CGRC is committed to achieve the following objectives:

• To ensure that every single issue of discontent is heard with empathy, sensitivity, and with complete confidentiality.
• To facilitate an unbiased, consistent and quick Redressal mechanism
• To develop a responsive and accountable attitude towards all stakeholders via open communication channels.

The Grievance Redressal cell endeavorsto empathetically pursue the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University. It enquires and analyses the nature and pattern of the grievances inastrictly confidential manner. Emphasison procedur alfairness has been given with a view to "the right to be heard and right to be treated with out bias”.
